I am David Humberto Martinez, alumni of Br\u00fajula Mental Health IPS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today I can\nto make a before-and-after analysis of my life when I arrived at Br\u00fajula\nSm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the past\nyear was going through an accumulation of inappropriate behaviors resulting from\napproximately 31 years of drug use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My life was\nby a denial in the face of excessive and compulsive consumption, which the only thing that can\nthat I generated in my life was pain, suffering and fear of living in society; already\nwho lived in isolation from reality and did not confront anything responsibly. The\nconsumption forced me to weave manipulations, lies, frustrations, hatred,\nintolerance, complexes. I was out of control of the abuse of my body in front of\nunbridled sexuality and the lack of self-esteem and self-respect, which led me to\nto reduce my life to a substance as a fundamental pillar of my daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get to Br\u00fajula SM I needed a key ingredient…defeat, it was necessary to recognize my defeat in the face of an ungovernable life ruled by darkness, only until this moment I had the openness and willingness to assume the necessary change and thus carry out my process of self-knowledge; I let myself be guided by the methodology of an integral recovery process such as the one offered by Br\u00fajula Salud Mental. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overcoming <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is not easy, because you begin to see with more awareness and you realize that the problem is not the drug use but the situations in my life that generate the need to consume, and identified this and thanks to the goodwill of my mother began a painful process that at times I thought I would leave thrown, thanks to the Br\u00fajula Mental Health staff<\/a> I began to find in myself the solution to build myself and conceive a higher power that filled my heart with hope in building a process of self-knowledge that today is the basis to work on self-control, social responsibility, responsible love, knowledge, the transcendence of spirituality, forgiveness, service, good communication, good will, family unity and above all to consolidate tolerance as the light that illuminates despair.\u00a0 Another very important factor in my process was the need to work day by day on the control of my emotions in order to act as a responsible person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of the above\ntoday serves me to be a better person, who seeks to live in the here and now.\nnow as a starting point to keep myself clean and to be able to face the fear of\nwhere drugs, alcohol, and lust do not have an impact on our lives.\nability to decide for ME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So… YES I KNOW\nCAN<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And as it says\nour philosophy: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I discover myself in\nI allow myself to discover them in the rhythm of their existence!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
